General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1 – Definitions
In these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), we define:
Consumer: Any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Distance Contract: A contract that is concluded exclusively using means of distance communication (e.g., internet, telephone, email).
Digital Content: Data that is produced and provided in digital form (e.g., e-books, downloads), regardless of whether it is delivered on a physical data carrier or not.
Additional agreement: An agreement in which a third party is involved in the performance of the contract.
Durable medium: Any medium (e.g., email, USB stick) that makes it possible to store information in such a way that it can be reproduced unchanged later for a specific period of time.
Withdrawal period: The period within which a consumer can withdraw from the contract.
Means of distance communication: Techniques such as the internet, telephone, or email that are used without the simultaneous physical presence of the contracting parties.

7 – Correction Options
Before submitting your order, you can view and change your entries in the shopping cart at any time. Use the correction functions provided in the ordering process. You can also cancel the order process at any time by closing the browser window.
8 – Right of Withdrawal
1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The period begins: for single products: on the day after receipt of the goods,
for multiple products: on the day after receipt of the last item,
for partial deliveries: on the day after receipt of the last partial shipment,
for digital content (not on a data carrier): from the day of conclusion of the contract.
3. If the consumer is not properly informed about their right of withdrawal, the period is extended by up to 12 months. If the information is provided later, a period of 14 days begins from that point.
9 – Consumer Obligations During the Withdrawal Period
1. The consumer may only inspect the goods as would be possible in a retail store.
2. In the event of a loss in value due to excessive use or damage, the consumer is liable insofar as this loss in value is attributable to handling that was not necessary for inspecting the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
